How are our tumblers made? Our tumblers are made by a special ink printer. We print our images to order and wrap them around our coated tumblers. The ink then infuses with the tumbler and becomes one with the piece. All of our tumblers are made in house by hand. As with all handmade items there will occasionally be slight discoloration around the bottom rim and at the seam of the design. This doesn't affect the overall look of the product.

Do we take custom request? Our team LOVES custom requests. Reach out to us via our facebook group or live chat with your custom requests.

Can we design you a tumbler or business logo? We absolutely can! We love bringing your vision to life and designing something epic for your business and customers. Check out our customs tab and message us in our facebook group for more information.

Do you have a Sezzle minimum? Yes, our Sezzle minimum is $150. This means to pay using Sezzle your purchase total after discounts, but prior to shipping cost should be $150.

What is your current turn around time? We are currently running at a 3-4 day turn around time. You'll receive a shipping notification when the label is created.

Refunds/exchanges are given in the form of a store credit within 3 business days of receiving your order and only for damaged or defective products. We cannot accept returns on custom orders. We have a no cancellation policy, as soon as your order is placed, it goes into production.

Please be sure to double check that your address is correct on your invoice. 

If your package is lost or damaged with your chosen carrier, please be sure to file a claim with your carrier. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. If you chose to insure your package for it's total amount, please email us at shophpwholesale@gmail.com to purchase additional insurance.
